    $200 for single family homes < 3,000 square feet 

    $250 for single family homes > 3,000 square feet

    $350 for single family homes up to 4,500 square feet, larger quoted on case by case basis

The above prices are for reserved for the limited use of photos to market a home for sale. Commercial photography for longer term use (i.e. interior designers, contractors, builders, hotels, commercial real estate) is a great way to market your business and will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact me for further details. 

All prices are for properties within Buncombe County. Outside of Buncombe County add $25 for additional travel time and expense.  According to NC Dept of Revenue bulletin 32-2, digital photography services are now taxable. Please kindly add 7% sales tax to the above totals.
