I still believe in the effectiveness of a good ol' fashioned phone call, and believe a five minute phone call can be more effective than 5 emails. Most MLS shoots can be scheduled within 48 hours advance notice, with equal turn around time.

For MLS shoots, I can arrange access to the property with the homeowner, or you may provide a lockbox code. It is not necessary that the agent be present at the time of photo shoot, I know how valuable your time is!
